- Disaster Management Services (DMS) - In the wake of a mass disaster, DMS provides seamless information collection on survivors and missing persons, disperses information and provides emotional support to callers and families of loved ones, and forwards data and analysis to the client organization on key aspects of the disaster situation. Mental health professionals staff the DMS call center.
